What web browser should I use to login to the Expo through Whova? We suggest using Google Chrome browser. How early can I show up for sessions? We ask that you log in 5 minutes before the start of the sessions. The sessions will start promptly at the indicated times on the agenda. How do I access the platform and sessions? Open the webpage Sign in using the email that you registered with Select the Agenda (left panel under Main Navigation). Using the Full Agenda date panel across the top, click on the date of your session (date and time provided in your brief). Scroll to your session > View Session > Launch the Zoom meeting and join through Whova We encourage attendees to view the meeting using the full screen view to ensure they have easy access to the Zoom built-in functions Is there a way to curate a personalized agenda? Yes! On the Agenda page on the Whova platform, scroll down the various days of the Expo. For the sessions you are interested in attending, click “Add to My Agenda”. Your agenda can be viewed on the top near the date panel under “My Agenda”. I can’t join a session because of technology issues. What do I do? We are sorry about that!
